Hi, I’m Kimberly!

I started Kim Possible Careers because I know how overwhelming it can feel - when you’re staring at job boards, second-guessing your next step, and wondering how to actually get started.

I have direct experience helping Millennials and Gen Z launch their careers with a focused, persistent approach — one that turns uncertainty into momentum. I work with young adults (mostly ages 18–27) who are ready to start their careers but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just plain confused about where to begin.

My coaching is 1:1 and totally customized — no cookie-cutter templates, no prerecorded videos. Just real talk, real strategy, and real results.  It is hard work and I'll push you thru it.  

This isn’t about finding just any job. It’s about gaining momentum, building confidence, and taking that first (or next) step toward a career that actually fits.
